EOPS Appointment Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us provide appointment availability to as many students as possible, please review the following EOPS appointment guidelines.

Canceling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify EOPS at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time will be considered a missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be considered to have missed their appointment and will not be seen. 

Two Missed Appointments

After two missed appointments, students may no longer be able to schedule EOPS appointments in advance and will instead need to meet with EOPS through drop-in counseling.

Drop-in availability may vary and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
