Planning to attend Santa Rosa Junior College after high school? EOPS may be able to provide additional counseling, academic support, priority registration, book assistance, and other services to help you successfully transition to college.
2026–2027 EOPS & Foster Youth Program Application
Follow the steps below before completing your EOPS application.
3 Steps to Apply
Apply to SRJC
Complete the SRJC application to receive your SRJC Student ID Number.
Complete Your Financial Aid Application
Complete either the FAFSA or California Dream Act Application based on your eligibility.
Apply for EOPS
Once you have your SRJC Student ID Number and have completed your financial aid application, submit the EOPS application.
